With more than 15 years of experience in the financial field, Caroline Imbeault has acquired a solid background in commercial, industrial and multi-housing financing.

With a bachelor's degree in business administration and accounting from the University of Quebec in Montreal in 2007, she began her career at Desjardins as a member services agent, where she rose through the ranks to become Account Manager. In 2013, she continued her career at the National Bank of Canada, still serving commercial entrepreneurs.

In order to be even more at the service of companies and their owners, Caroline has worked on her own as a consultant, carrying out various mandates in the Lanaudière region such as: Coordinator and Mentor of the "Youth Project" and the Hema-Quebec Blood Clinic for the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the MRC de Montcalm (CCIM) and Coordinator of the "Tournée des Entreprises Manufacturières" for the Society for the Development of the Community of Achigan-Montcalm (SADC). She also participated in preparing various events such as the Gala des Lauriers d'Or, the President's Golf Tournament and Women's Day for the CCIM. She organized and hosted the conference “Mentoring, listening without taboos for the entrepreneur”. Finally, she was an assistant coordinator for the CCIM and an external analyst for the SADC Achigan-Montcalm.

Very involved in her community, Caroline has sat on several boards of directors of several organizations including the Chamber of Commerce of Mascouche, the Aile Jeunesse des Moulins, a member of the Economic Development Committee of the Municipal Council of Mascouche, jurist for the Concours Québécois in Lanaudière entrepreneurship and treasurer on the board of the Solidarity Cooperative Le Chez-Nous of the community of Les Moulins.
